Description

../../_images/alphabeta2abc.svg

This block transforms a two-dimensional vector \([x_\alpha\; x_\beta]\) in the stationary reference frame into a three-phase signal \([y_\mathrm{a}\; y_\mathrm{b}\; y_\mathrm{c}]\).

\[\begin{split}\left[\!\! \begin{array}{c} y_\mathrm{a} \\ [0.2cm] y_\mathrm{b} \\ [0.2cm] y_\mathrm{c} \end{array} \!\! \right] = \left[ \begin{array}{cc} 1 & 0 \\ [0.4cm] \displaystyle -\frac{1}{2} & \displaystyle \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} \\ [0.5cm] \displaystyle -\frac{1}{2} & \displaystyle -\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2} \end{array} \right] \cdot \left[\!\! \begin{array}{c} x_\alpha \\ [0.2cm] x_\beta \end{array} \!\! \right]\end{split}\]

The resulting three-phase signal does not have any zero-sequence component.
