Compare two input signals with minimal hysteresis

Description

The Comparator compares two input signals. If the non-inverting input is greater than the inverting input, the output is \(1\). The output is set to \(0\) if the non-inverting input is less than the inverting one. The output does not change if both inputs are equal.
