This Op-Amp amplifies a voltage between the non-inverting “+” and inverting “–” input with a specified gain. The resulting voltage is applied between the output and ground terminal. Output and ground are electrically isolated from the inputs. If you want to build a linear amplifier, the output voltage must somehow be fed back to the inverting input.

The voltage gain of the Op-Amp. The default is 1e6.
